nooks organic, formerly nooks & kindles, was founded by nick pace & kendall berman in 2014. what first started out as a healthy snack company turned juice bar, nooks organic is now a full grown, trendy nutritional food spot serving up acai bowls, smoothies, juices and more.

nooks organic was started with a simple concept in mind: serve up healthy food that is both delicious & nutritious. with a cornerstone of nick losing both his parents too early in life, he felt that exercise and proper food choices could have helped them limit the effects of their illness. he became fueled by living life as long as possible and fully savoring every opportunity presented. keeping the idea of being mindful and wholesome to what we put in our bodies, nooks uses only certified organic ingredients and refuses to cut corners.
